Beauty, history and design are combined with sophisticated vintage features within this large, charming and bright houseLocated on the top floor of a historic 19th century apartment block in the heart of Vicenza in the Italian region of Veneto. The apartment was recently renovated by Studio Albanese with an impressive Atelier kitchen in red.
Atelier is a perfect and authentic expression of modern kitchen concept, a place that, over time, has become a great “multifunctional laboratory” where you can carry out an increasing number of different activities, without ever losing your main role related to cooking.
Atelier offers maximum customization possibilities, representing Abimis’ ability to meet aesthetic and functional requirements, which are often very complex, specific and unique, all at the same time as respects the architecture of space where the kitchen is installed.
In this loft apartment, with its large exposed beams that delimit the ceilings, the kitchen is in a warm and welcoming environment, despite being an open-plan living room, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
Atelier, made of stainless steel, is a considerably large kitchen, which extends along the two side walls of the room. It is custom made and has been customized in terms of its shape and color, making this a unique and personal space. The doors, without handles and rigorously square in shape to give the kitchen units a streamlined and tidy look, are painted in vibrant red.
In addition to having a immediate visual impact, the color red It really provokes emotions in this room, creating an atmosphere and a feeling of warmth. Or, why not, perhaps simply by representing an aesthetic “whim”.
The opposite wall, on the other hand, is the storage and organization with a series of columns, also in stainless steel, and a large separate refrigerator. The space next to the balcony door is occupied by an open column that has been custom-made to the wishes of the apartment owners, dedicated to their cookbook collection.
Finally the new A_ccessori range, designed by Roberta Tosolini for Abimis, makes this kitchen even luxurious and efficient: a range of accessories, such as containers and carafes, that combine design and elegance. What do you think of the result of the set?
