It is a very, very interesting project that could be, why not, studied and adapted to our country, a new way to interpret what are the urban complexes.
There Box House, this is the name of the project, stems from the need to obtain an economic and architecturally new residential complex. And it is from this idea that the architect came up with a series of 17 units at very low cost.
The various units, located on a small slope, are communicating with each other through a small internal road visible even outside the complex.
Each residence has a garage with availability of a seat car, a warehouse and an area work at the lowest level. Upstairs are located living room, bathroom, kitchen and service area while, on the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
It is a truly innovative residential complex with a simple and clean style and, above all, economic, a detail that should not be underestimated nowadays.
