After announcing the opening of the “Cloud Cities” exhibition of Tomás Saraceno at the Hamburger Bahnhof in Berlin which will remain open until January 15, 2012, we can now show you the images relating to theevent from a video of the vernissage. L’installation is fully part of Dornbracht’s cultural commitment and is part of the Dornbracht Installation Projects, a series of initiatives that the company has been promoting and supporting for several years, as an expression of its thinking and corporate philosophy, based on inspiration, dialogue and innovation .
Starting point of the artist, whose works are also influenced by the training as architect, is the interest in the environment and society, present and future, in which people live.
With this work, Saraceno showcases his three-dimensional vision of a utopian world, allowing the visitor to experience how it is possible to create a new cosmic dimension starting from a system composed of individual forms.
Dornbracht is constantly committed to promoting and supporting culture. Since 1996, the internationally active company has encouraged and supported exhibitions and projects details with the Dornbracht Installation Projects®, which today include six series: Statements, Performances, Installation Projects, Sponsorships, Edges, Conversations.
