Osuldsen, landscape architect of the Norwegian studio Snøhetta, next 10 February; followed by Shohei Shigematsu CEO and partner from OMA in New York, who will show his ideas the following day. Furthermore, this year it is possible to admire the entrance space of the exhibition venue set up by one of the largest design studios of the moment, the Barber & Osgerby. This role has always been very important and in the past there are many more or less noble names who have been entrusted with the same task, including Patricia Urquiola, Konstantin Grcic, Giulio Cappellini and Paul Smith.
Among the companies present at the Stockholm design week 2016 there is Slamp, which for the occasion will present 20 new floor, table, wall and suspension lamps, including Aria and Avia, designed by Zaha Hadid, Chantal by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas, Flora by Zanini De Zanine, La Lollo by Lorenza Bozzoli and Etoile by Adriano Rachele. The English designer Tom Dixon, instead, he will exhibit his line of seven home rugs, all of which have been influenced by London patterns.
Among the novelties there will also be the debut of Markus Johansson, which will show its new collection of coffee tables, which are a combination of circular and rectangular elements, for a dynamic and unexpected style, and available in various colors. Also Pedrali will be present with the Nolita Lounge armchair and the version with upholstered seat of the Nemea ash seat.
