The brand Snaidero kitchens, attended the event Social Home Design, promoted by the FLA, Federlegnoarredo, committed to drawing a bridge between design and social responsibility. The organizers have foreseen the‘installation, in an area of 1000 square meters, of four structures that in line with the philosophy of the exhibition will interpret a condominium wellness center, a conference room and Natural Lounge reception and finally two examples of Social Housing of approximately 200 gross square meters each. Both set up in prefabricated houses, one of which, with the evocative name “The house of glances” and designed by the architect Luca Scacchetti, Snaidero hosted, selected for the kitchen set-up to present the preview of the Way model.
Snaidero is attentive to the needs of potential customers as evidenced by its participation in this type of event. The Social Housing it is a new way of thinking about housing: in fact it is a set of housing, services and tools intended for users who are unable to fully satisfy their housing needs.
Such a phenomenon, is committed to giving a residential context and socially more dignified to those whose purchasing power is unable to withstand rising prices. Social Housing is in fact inserted as a new option supported by Snaidero, which arises between Public Residential Construction and the free market, providing for the use of an Integrated System of Real Estate Funds (SIF) supported by public and private entities, aimed at resolve the dramatic issue of housing problems.
