The museum expansion project will be officially inaugurated on November 16, 2011 Drents Museum in Assen signed by Erick van Egeraat. After 18 months of work and a rather limited budget, the Dutch studio completed the project aimed at expanding and reorganizing the entire building hosting the museum. The result is a ‘architecture with a strong impact characterized by original and innovative openings obtained from large irregularly shaped windows that overlook the outside.
There are now a few days to go until the official inauguration of the Drents Museum of Assen signed by the Dutch studio Erick van Egeraat and today we present a preview of some previews of the project.
It is in fact an innovative and contemporary architecture that is particularly striking for its perfect integration with the park around the old industrial building which has been largely preserved.
