After Renzo Piano, Norman Foster and Zaha Hadid, now it is Jean Nouvel who reveals his private life and work. The questions that the magazine intends to ask, and of course to answer, are of fundamental importance and great interest: Who is he? What are his relationships? How does he use time? How and with whom do you work? What projects are underway? Abitare Being Jean Nouvel, curated by Maria Giulia Zunino, is a special issue that reflects the personality and character of the archistar but intends to go far beyond the archistar itself, even before the archistar who breaks the mold, to understand man before the professional.

This is an inevitable issue born from the complicity between Jean Nouvel and the magazine Abitare, in which this becomes an ordinary presence in the busy life of the protagonist. The special envoy is in this case Olivier Boissière, who tried to follow an architect he knew. He was helped by Laure Boudet, a young photographer who has accomplished a delicate feat by filming the character as well as his architecture. Both French, they were an alter ego of Nouvel for a year of work.
Abitare Being Jean Nouvel ranges in the work, from architecture to design to art: from Paris to all of France, from Abu Dhabi to Austria, to Italy, to the Emirates including construction sites, inaugurations, business meetings, meetings and moments of leisure.
