The first Before and After a 2020 bathroom comes from the hand of Ana Lorezana from @decoryver. Ana has already shown us on previous occasions her good work, -even dare to say, her magic- with which she is capable of bringing bathrooms from other decades back to modern life, more typical of “lacasadelaabuela” with which many we believe that we are condemned to live together.
If the budget and time is tight, the solutions reforms without works that apply in @decoryver They are very effective in bringing out the maximum potential in a bathroom. And is that the bathroom is one of the most important rooms in a house in that we are condemned to use it several times a day. Its status and benefits, therefore, can help you enjoy your home more and better.
Why showering in the bathroom before is not the same as after. Although technically they are the same and nothing has changed their complicated distribution; the sensations it transmits are very different.
THE BATHROOM BEFORE
This bathroom before the intervention included a nondescript washbasin with a pedestal, beige tiling (including a 90’s border) that now seemed simply, dirty, and did not have any remarkable or beautiful elements. The bathroom narrow and small and had (and continues to do so) with a step behind the toilet that hides its facilities. In addition to the three pieces, the washing machine is installed in the bathroom.
THE BATHROOM AFTER
As usual one of the most important transformations of the bathroom has been achieved when painting the tiles in matt white and when laying a vinyl floor on the floor, that imitates wood. In its installation, the good work is noted by the way the floor finishes off the bottom step, integrating it naturally.
The sink has been replaced by a shallow sink, so the taps have been placed to one side, but despite the shallow bottom it has two comfortable drawers to store (and hide) things.
The sink is a striking cobalt blue that contrasts with the white of the walls.
In the rest of the bathroom, to help the transformation of the space, the details have been taken great care. In addition to the sink, the radiator has also been painted blue. Also in blue, a door has been installed that covers the shelves of the top of the washing machine, which is now a specific area for store detergents and other laundry supplies.
The bathtub features a new shower and bath faucet and a curtain as white as the walls. The pracks and shelves have also been replaced by more current models.
Finally, it has also been changed the mirror over the sink It is now round and the luminaire that falls to one side completes a new lighting while also taking many years off the bathroom.
