Kuggen is the new university building on the Lindholmsplatsen in Gothenburg, Sweden, designed by Wingårdh Architects. The real innovation of this project lies in the choice of materials and colors that make Kuggen a fun and eco-sustainable architecture. The real strength of the building is in fact the facade characterized by a succession of ceramic panels of various chromatic shades while the windows presented an unusual triangular shape. The overall shape of the building is also very particular: a six-storey cylinder that seems to be composed of large toothed wheels of different widths!
