In this regard, through an appeal to the Revenue Agency, it was thus clarified which facilitation can be obtained based on the type of intervention. Precisely:
- Superbonus 110% as a driving intervention when the thermal insulation interventions of the external opaque vertical surfaces and roof reconstruction carried out for an uninhabitable attic, are related to a building stacked as a home
- Superbonus 110% as towed interventions for the installation of a photovoltaic system, the replacement of existing winter air conditioning systems with systems for heating, cooling and the supply of domestic hot water, replacement of windows and doors of the instant property, provided they are carried out on a part of a building already existing and registered as a home
- 50% deduction with roof of maximum expense equal to 96,000 euros, only and only if the renovation of the attic involves the demolition of the existing walls and the reconstruction of new walls for internal redistribution of the premises.
