The Berberé Turin is a new pindustrial style izzeria and the atmosphere informal. The merit of this design result is due to the environment, first of all, given that the restaurant is located inside a former factory, Cimat, part of the Fiat group, which today is known as Centro Commensale Binaria. When you enter inside the Berberé Turin you immediately get the idea of having entered a place that once gave work to many people. The open space offers an (almost) endless vision, and this also happens in terms of height, which is very important.
Berberé Turin born of the meeting between the agency Communicative, which deals with communication and marketing in the field of retail, food, e Rizoma Architectures. This is how the venue is born, which has a strong architectural concept full of creativity. Not surprisingly, the design studio created the style and for this reason it decided to maintain the industrial character of the existing location, obviously renovating and cleaning up the space. The open kitchen is characterized by a flexible and highly functional layout. The dough counter is also visible, and next to it is the bar.
Comunicattive took care of the interior layout, color and furniture, and wanted to give off a breath of joy inside this local factory. The agency has pushed a lot the concept of healthy and complete but also fun cooking. To do this, he not only created multicolored menus, but also reflected this mood on the furnishings and walls. The chairs are reminiscent of school chairs and have been painted in yellow, aquamarine and candy pink. The tables are all quite intimate, but there are also round ones that accommodate more people.
Very beautiful i wall painting on the walls, especially those made at the entrance by TO / LET, two young contemporary artists, who have already collaborated with the brand in the three previous venues, e Andrea Bruno, who is one of the best Italian illustrators and founder of the Canicola magazine.
The furnishings by Berberé Torino they are linear and clean: the tables have light gray Formica tops, the large ones are in natural pine, while the minimalist chairs recall the colors of the setting: yellow, black, ice gray and aquamarine.
