To keep fit from home there are some tools that just must not be missing:

1. The yoga mat: indispensable element for training from home. Use it for your exercises, it will help you not to hurt your knees or back. You can choose whether to store it every time or make it become an element of your furniture;
2. The elastic bands: their versatility is rewarded. You can use them for both arms and legs;
3. The rope: you become a little child again with this tool. Try to skip it for 5/10 minutes, useful for toning but watch out for the roof;
4. I dumbbells (both heavy and light): they are used for strength, they help you train biceps, triceps and pectorals;
5. Foam roller: excellent against the annoying orange peel and recommended by several bloggers.

If you are looking for that touch of uniqueness to your gym and you are a lover of green: why not create an entirely green corner? The solutions can be different, all of great impact. You could create a Zen corner with bonsai, stones and candles to light when needed or choose the classic ornamental plants, flowers and why not some fruit plants such as a nice lemon or strawberries. There is light in the attic, just water when needed and your wellness oasis will be perfect.
